SPACE FOR THE LIFT
Allow space for the cage, steel structure and landing doors. Standard cage sizes are

1,830 × 1,830 mm.
Custom sizes are available up to 3.5 m² internal cage area, subject to JKKP requirements.
Suitable floor & Structure
The lift needs a strong concrete base and suitable building structure to support the cage, guide rails and lifting system. For existing buildings, we can inspect the site and determine the required support structure.
CLEAR SPACE BETWEEN FLOORS
The lift needs a clear vertical route between each floor, with an opening for loading and unloading. JKKP Goods Hoist requirements allow up to 12 m total travel height.
3-PHASE POWER & LANDING ACCESS
Provide 415V, 3-phase power near the lift location and safe loading access at every floor. Each landing will require a safety door with interlock as part of the Goods Hoist system.
